In this episode of our Van Build Series we start building our roof rack. We decided to do a DIY build using 80/20 aluminum and the connection points sold by DIY Van. Before we can mount our rack, I start building a tilt mount for our solar panels to angle at the sun. In this episode we run into hang-ups at every turn. Installing hardware wrong, numerous late packages, orientation issues, and some other planning issues. Will we be able to finish the rack the way we are hoping?!
